This Return and Refund Policy explains how HYPR HLTH handles return, refund, cancellation, damage, and order issue requests.

Research product handling

Due to the nature of research-use-only products, product handling requirements, storage considerations, and quality-control standards, HYPR HLTH generally does not accept returns once an order has shipped.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Non-returnable items

Opened, used, handled, altered, damaged, temperature-exposed, or customer-stored products are not eligible for return. Products are also not eligible for return due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, change of mind, or failure to review product details before ordering.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us at hyprhlth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the package, label, and product when applicable.

Review process

HYPR HLTH may review submitted information before approving any replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the facts of the issue, product status, shipping records, and available documentation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless HYPR HLTH determines that an error occurred on our side. Return shipping costs, when applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved in writing.

Refused or undeliverable packages

HYPR HLTH is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related delivery issues. Additional shipping costs may apply if reshipment is approved.

Research-use-only disclaimer

HYPR HLTH products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.
